TME Group was founded in 2007 under the name “Test and Measurement Engineering srl” as an industrial project led by Dr. Aniello Stellato, who at the time was a manager at a major international telecommunications group. In 2009, Test and Measurement Engineeringbecame Test and Manufacturing Engineering inorder to expand its activities and expertise to encompass the entire production process, while retaining the acronym TME srl.

Growth
The Group has grown over the years, starting with a very specific line of business—the design of electronic test systems—and gradually adding new activities and services, until today, when it is able to offer a comprehensive range of services including the design of electronic systems and circuit boards, prototype development, electromechanical assembly, SMT/THT manufacturing, and test engineering.

Objectives
And it is thanks to these growth objectives that TME has made significant investments in recent years in terms of facilities, equipment, and above all, people, focusing on experienced personnel from large multinational companies as well as young recent college graduates. The workforce consists of more than 160 employees, most of whom are engineers. To date, we have SMT electronic circuit board assembly lines, wave soldering machines for PTH components, and a skilled and efficient design and industrialization team.

Collaborations
TME collaborates on research projects with the MIUR (Ministry of Universities and Research). Together with the University of Naples Federico II and the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” in Caserta, it has entered into an agreement for the free exchange of interns and thesis students, with the aim of bridging the gap between the worlds of research and industry. To date, dozens of engineers have earned their degrees by completing their theses at TME. The Group also operates internationally and has a presence in the U.S., China, and Thailand.
Collaborations
