Professional Development: A Constant Commitment at TME. Employees in the production department successfully completed the company’s specialized training course, earning IPC 7711/7721 certification.

The training was conducted under the guidance of our NPI and ESD Process Engineer, Davide Cuccaro, who serves as a certified trainer.

The course covered complex and critically important topics, such as advanced techniques for reworking and repairing assemblies; the removal and replacement of electronic components; the repair of printed circuit boards; and the latest methods for through-hole and surface-mount components.

IPC certifications represent an internationally recognized industry standard and ensure that our staff possesses the necessary skills to effectively restore the functionality of complex electronic assemblies. They also help reduce costs and waste associated with defective circuit boards and assemblies and enable us to apply the latest technologies in the field of electronic rework.
