We providenative CADfiles, Gerberfiles, ODB++files, bills of materials (BOMs), and electrical schematics for the boards and their wiring. Based on your needs, we will advise you on all aspects of the board layout, including thickness, materials, finish, and color.
Before beginningdevelopment on a project, our design, testing, and manufacturing departments come together to examine how to build and test your product as efficiently as possible: we take into account all aspects ofDfX(Design for Excellence), includingDfM(Design for Manufacturing), DfA(Design for Assembly), andDfT(Design for Test), through a multi-level review process that also includes co-design and risk assessment phases.
Our engineers have experience ranging from simple 2-layer boards to multilayer boards, standalonePCBs, and multi-board backplane systems, as well as projects involving high power and high voltage, precision analog and high-speed digital circuits, programmable logic such asMCUsorFPGAs, and human-machine interface (HMI) systems.
