SME Day: Students from the "Nino Cortese" High School Visit the Plant
On the occasion of PMI DAY, a national event organized by Confindustria, we hosted the seniors from the “Nino Cortese” Scientific High School in Maddaloni. TME was selected, along with eight other companies, by Piccola Industria di Caserta to introduce the younger generation to the operations of local businesses.
Yesterday, CEO Aniello Stellato, accompanied by several technical and production managers, showed the students the different departments of the company and the various stages involved in manufacturing the products that make up TME’s core business.
During the morning, there was a session focused on career guidance and discussion, featuring testimonials from Antonio Stellato, a recent graduate in Electronic Engineering; Noemi D’Angelo, a business administration student nearing graduation and an intern at TME; and Alessia Stellato and Luigi Del Vecchio, both high school seniors at the “Pizzi” Scientific High School in Capua.
This is an important opportunity to highlight the central role of STEM skills development, but also to emphasize how essential it is for companies like TME to have professionals capable of managing human resources and production processes.
