"Responsibility, Action, Commitment, Future": TME at the Confindustria Caserta Assembly

The world is changing, and businesses are facing new challenges. This was the central theme of theConfindustria CasertaPublic Assembly, whichtook place on Tuesday at the “Il Tarì” Goldsmithing Center and was attended by ourCEO, Aniello Stellato, representing the entire TME Group.

The event, titled “Responsibility, Action, Commitment, Future,” examined the current historical moment and future prospects for local businesses, in addition to celebrating the association’s 80th anniversary. Speakers included numerous officials and institutional figures, such asBeniamino Schiavone, President of ConfindustriaCaserta;Minister Maria Elisabetta Alberti Casellati;Vincenzo De Luca, President ofthe Campania Region;Andrea Margelletti, President of Ce.S.I. (Center for International Studies); andEmanuele Orsini, President ofConfindustria.

Italy faces increasingly significant challenges. Uncertainty over a potential trade war, energy costs, and bureaucratic delays are factors that can hinder business growth. However, we must not overlook the highly encouraging positive aspects: the province of Caserta remains central to the manufacturing landscape, and our sector—electronic engineering—continues to serve as “the engine” of international geopolitical balance.

The race for technological dominance challenges us to become even stronger and more competitive, offering unprecedented opportunities for growth. TME is ready to rise to the challenge, confident that it is prepared to overcome the challenges of the future and grow even larger.
