MIUR Project ARS01_00926 “EWAS – An Early Warning System for Cultural Heritage” under the Call for Proposals for Industrial Research and Experimental Development Projects in the 12 areas of specialization identified by the 2015–2020 National Research Program (PNR)

The goal of “EWAS”—for which TME SRL is part of a public-private partnership—is to develop an innovative platform for monitoring cultural heritage based on the latest technological solutions. Through the implementation of a continuous, multi-sensor, multi-scale, multi-resolution, and with low or no invasiveness to structures, monuments, and surrounding areas, is also capable of rapid, on-demand diagnostics in response to critical situations.

“EWAS” ensures full and consistent alignment with the social and administrative requirements of the relevant agencies—and thus with the overall management of cultural heritage—in order to enable systematic planning of initiatives in the cultural heritage sector.
